ROCCO TO BE FETED IN CELEBRATION CONCERTS, PARADES AND SPORTS EVENTS ON PROGRAM FOR TOMORROW, SUNDAY.        The ninth annual St. Rocco celebration, in Aliquippa, will be held tomorrow and Sunday, with concerts, a parade and a sports program. The St. Rocco committee is in charge of the event.        The celebration will start tomorrow evening at 7 o’clock, with a concert given by the J & L band, directed by Walter Iacobucci, continuing to 11 o’clock. There will be dancing in Jefferson hall, Plan 11, from 8:30 to 11:30 p.m.        Sunday morning, from 7:00 to 9:00 o’clock, the band will march on Plan 11. At 9:15, the band will leave from the I. M. P. club and march to St. Titus church, where a high mass will be given.        A two-hour concert will be given by the band in the afternoon, starting at 3 o’clock. A program of racing and other sports will start at 3:30. The day will close with another concert at 7:00 p.m., continuing until 11:30 p.m. All are invited to enjoy the celebration.
